What's Hot in Weddings on the Web

December 5, 2008 at 12:00 PM

Picture_2Welcome back to our weekly roundup of wedding inspiration from the World Wide Web. This week, we’re bringing you some gorgeous décor and a handy tip for honeymoon packing.

  • Globetrotting Bride offers her first-hand advice for packing for your honeymoon–don’t pack full-sized bottles of perfume in your suitcase! She also recommends some of her favorite travel-friendly options.

  • Zebra print is certainly a different choice for wedding décor, but this real wedding on Style Me Pretty really made it work by incorporating the print with stylish greens and oranges.

  • And while we’re on the subject of décor, be sure to look at all the gorgeous table settings and centerpieces that an Atlanta bride posted on her blog this week.

  • We love these designer maps created by Laura Hooper Calligraphy. They’d be perfect in welcome baskets at a destination wedding, or to map out locations if you have multiple events going on throughout your wedding weekend.

  • Here’s a great take on the traditional wedding album. Check out these beautiful accordion photo books we found on Junebug Weddings.

  • The Cinderella Project was inspired by feathers this week, courtesy of a gorgeous Maneul Mota gown. Check out how she imagined incorporating feathers and birds into the rest of the wedding, from the invitations to the cake.
